RENTING CONDITIONS
The prices indicated are per week and renting begins and ends only on Saturdays or Sundays.
The prices indicated are net and so include transfers, water, electricity, gas, weekly change of bed linen, towels, and final cleaning

Every kitchen has a fridge, furnishings and a television.
The premises are available from 15.00 of the day of arrival until 10.00 of the day of departure.
Bookings are valid if a deposit of 25% of the total rent cost is sent and the balance must be paid on arrival after having viewed the premises.
